HOW THIS WORKS

• We are going to work aside you by marketing the property offline and online to help you find a buyer to get your property SOLD.

• Our marketing efforts will not be contractual on a contingency basis

• You can cancel the marketing agreement when you find a buyer. It’s that simple! The cancellation becomes instantly effective at the time.

• Our For Sale Sign will be allowed on your property.

• We can list your property on the MLS FREE of charge and provide you with complete Full-Realtor marketing services. This will give your home the marketing maximum exposure it deserves while still keeping the Cancellation at any time clause in place for you.  However listing the property on the MLS is not mandatory.

A FEW SITES THAT WE USE TO MARKET YOUR PROPERTY

• If you find a buyer, you contact our office and advise how you want to proceed – whether you would like us to write and negotiate the offer on your behalf, or only help you with the purchase of your next home, or nothing at all.  SIMPLE!

• You pay no advance fees of any kind. You only pay if We or another Broker procures  an offer that is acceptable to you at closing.

• There will be a “No Pressure” presentation of offer. We will never allow you to be “pressured” to take an offer. All offers that we secure will be presented to you, so you can make your decisions privately.

• If YOU, or WE finds the buyer then our agreed upon commission schedule will be in effect. See Commission Schedule Below!

 

 

 

 

FLEXIBLE COMMISSION SCHEDULE

 0%--You find the buyer and  You don’t want our transactional service. You pay NO commission.

Negogiated Prior to  Signing%---We find the buyer whose offer you accept 

 Optional Service Fee of 1%--If you find your own buyer and you want us to handle the transaction from the time your buyers makes the offer for contract review. To finding you an attorney. To ordering town inspections, and all that good Real Estate stuff.  WE CAN!
